Drilling fluid types and properties were optimized,byanalyalng the creep properties of the composite salt formation. Formation breakdown pres-sure was thought to be rather low (1. 61 ~ 1. 65g/cm3 ),so only low density drilling fluid andundersaturated salt - water drilling fluid system (chlorion content of 180 000~ 185 000ppm)could be used to control the creep rate of the salt formation. The result proved to be success-ful. This paper recommened the experience and lessons got from drilling XING 1 wellthrough the composite salt formation.

1井是塔里木盆地的一口深探井,在5166~5331.38m二迭-石炭系地层钻遇复合盐岩层,多次发生漏失和阻卡,井下情况极为复杂。通过对该共复合盐岩层蠕变规律的分析,优化了钻井液类型和性能。认为地层破裂压力值偏低(1.61~1.65g/cm3).钻井液密度不能太高,因此只能用不太高的钻井液密度和欠饱和盐水(氯根含量为180000~185000ppm)钻井液体系来控制盐岩层的蠕变速度。结果,钻进比较顺利。本文介绍了乡1井钻复合盐岩层的经验和教训。

This paper analyses the state of deep exploration well in Zhongyuan Oilfield in details.The authors also put forward some new suggestions and measures which should be taken for increasing drilling speed,controlling deviation in deep deflecting intervals,plugging loss circulation in theory and operations and so on.

本文针对中原深探井钻井情况进行了具体分析,对深探井钻速低、盐膏层和深层盐岩相变、深部易斜井段井斜控制、井漏封堵等,理论和现场施工上提出了一些新的处理措施和建议。
