Interlaminar shear strength of the unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composite is increased from about 600 kg/cm2 to 1,000 kg/cm2 by electrodeposition of polymers and the strength loss of the composite which lias been immersed in boiling water for 100 hrs. is decreased.

Using the concept of reduction coefficients of stress intensity factors to consider the effects of fiber reinforcements,the circumferential strain factor criterion of mixed mode brittle fracture for isotropic bodies has been generalized to apply to,fracture analysis of unidirectional composites.The Calculated results agree very well with the test data on fiber-glass reinforced plastics Scotchply type 1002.

利用应力强度因子折减系数的概念,来考虑纤维增强等的影响,从而可把各向同性体复合型脆性断裂的周向应变因子准则,推广应用于单向复合材料断裂分析。计算结果同E型玻璃钢Scotchply 1002的试验数据符合得很好。

This paper deals with the shear strength of cross-interlamination of composite laminates.The shear strength of cross-interlamination is lower than that of unidirectional composites.The paper gives a method for measuring the shear strength of cross-interlamination.Furthermore,it indicates that it is suitable to analyse the ultimate load of a cross-ply laminated short beam with the measured shear strength of cross-interlamination.

本文提出了复合材料层合板的立交层间剪切强度的概念,和测定正交层间剪切强度的方法。正交层间剪切强度低于单向复合材料的层间剪切强度。文末还说明了,利用测定的正交层间剪切强度来分析正交铺设层合板短梁的极限载荷是合适的。
