Additional capital investment is not called for to adopt the new schema, neither would there be any increase in operating cost to achieve similar energy recovery as in the original design.

针对引进的大型合成氨装置(1000吨/日)一段炉热回收系统,应用系统工程中的复杂系统最优化理论,建立了多目标、强约束的最优化数学模型,并采用图解与最优化计算相结合的方法进行最优综合.所得结果与原设计的比较表明,优化设计方案的热回收率有较大幅度的提高,其它技术经济指标(投资及操作费、有效能回收率)彼此相近.
