Method Using technologies of phase separation at well bead and ion testing for moist saturated steam, thermodynamic flow behavior, and heat transfer principle, sampling unit of steam quality at well heal was developed, and thermal insulation conditions suitable for pipe net work of steam injection for Xinjiang shallow heavy oil was optimally selected. Purpose To solve the problem of steam quality monitoring at heavy oil well head at present in Chinal to reduce heat and pressure loss on steam injection line 1 to improve steam quality in steam distribution system; and to provide basis for rational evaluation and management of reservoirs. Result Field test in heavy oil reservoir of block 9 in Karamay oil field showed that the measurement error of sampling unit for well head steam quality was ≤ 3%. Moreover,through optimizing the Insulating structure, the average steam quality loss at well head was 3.85%. the average heat loss of lines was 8. 23%. Conclusion This well head steam quality sampling unit works with minor measurement error. It is cheap, easy installed and technically feasible. Through optimizing the insulating condition, heat loss and quality loss of steam were reduced during pipeline delivery, each target of "eight-nine-eight-seven" system engineering set by CNPC had been attained.

方法运用湿饱和蒸汽汽水两相流在井口相分离及离子测定技术、热力学流动特性及热传递原理,研制出稠油井口蒸汽干度取样装置;优化选择适应新疆浅层稠油井场注汽管网特点的保温条件。目的解决目前国内稠油井口蒸汽干度不能广泛监测的问题;减少注汽管线热损失和压力损失,提高蒸汽分配系统中蒸汽干度;为油藏合理评价和管理提供依据。结果在克拉玛依油田九区稠油油藏进行了现场试验,结果表明,井口干度取样装置测量误差≤3%,另外,通过对保温结构进行优化,井口蒸汽干度损失平均为3.85%,管线热损失平均为8.23%。结论该井口干度取样装置测量误差小,造价低廉,安装简便,工艺可行。通过对保温条件进行优化,降低了蒸汽在管道输送中的热损失和干度损失,全面实现了石油天然气总公司下达的“八九八七”系统工程各项指标。
