This paper Presents the technigue for producing cemented carbide parts for superpressure valve. The influence of hot isostatic pressing(HIP) on the properties of cemented carbide WC-11% Co was studied especially. It has been proved that pores within the alloy can be decreased and eliminated by Hot Isostatic Pressing. The process significantly increases the density (up to theoretical density) as well as the transverse rupture strength (increase about 20% on an average) and improves the property of...

This paper Presents the technigue for producing cemented carbide parts for superpressure valve. It has been proved that pores within the alloy can be decreased and eliminated by Hot Isostatic Pressing. The process significantly increases the density (up to theoretical density) as well as the transverse rupture strength (increase about 20% on an average) and improves the property of stability with no apparent adverse effects on other properties such as coercivity and hardness, Applicable behaviour of the products is comparable to those produced in other countries.

本文研究了固溶体配比对YT15合金组织结构和性能的影响。随着固溶体中碳化钨含量的降低(碳化钛增加),合金中的碳化钨晶粒逐渐变细,石墨析出量逐渐减少。由40—50%TiC的固溶体制配的合金,TiC-WC晶粒成形较好。就合金性能而言,30%TiC的固溶体所制取的合金,其抗弯强度最高;50%TiC的固溶体制取的合金,硬度和切削寿命最好;当固溶体中含75%TiC时,合金在400℃及800℃时的硬度较高。
