The purpose of this paper is to decribe briefly the technology and application of TiC layer deposited by ion sputtering.The results have proved that the deposited temperature may be under 600℃.Its deposition rate is one micron per hour.Vickers microhardness of su- rface of TiC layer reaches 3000Kg/mm~2.The x-ray diffraction analysis proves that deposition layer is definitely TiC phase.TiC layer of specimens after metallographic test through ele- ctron-microscopic and electron-probe analysis shows that the bonding...

The purpose of this paper is to decribe briefly the technology and application of TiC layer deposited by ion sputtering.The results have proved that the deposited temperature may be under 600℃.Its deposition rate is one micron per hour.Vickers microhardness of su- rface of TiC layer reaches 3000Kg/mm~2.The x-ray diffraction analysis proves that deposition layer is definitely TiC phase.TiC layer of specimens after metallographic test through ele- ctron-microscopic and electron-probe analysis shows that the bonding is satisfactory between the TiC layer and the substrate,where exists a zone of common distribution by W and Ti as well as Ti and Cr.Sputtering layers applied to high speed steel tools,cemented carbide tools,bending cemented carbide tools and cold punch dies have acquired remarkable results. In conclusion,the characterstics in techniques of both diode and triode sputtering is co- mpared,and relationship of technical parameters for triode sputtering are discribed in this paper.

本文就真空溅射沉积碳化钛的工艺和应用简要地作了介绍。结果表明沉积温度可以在600℃以下,每小时沉积1微米,碳化钛沉积层表面显微硬度可达3000kg/mm~2。试样经 x衍射结构分析确为碳化钛相;经金相和电镜分析,TiC 层和基体结合情况良好;经电子探针分析,在 TiC 层和基体间 Ti 和 W 元素、Ti 和 Cr 元素确有共同分布的区域存在。在硬质合金刀具,焊接硬质合金刀具,高速钢刀具和用二次硬化处理的冷冲模的生产应用上均取得显著效果。文内还比较了二极溅射和三极溅射的工艺特点,讨论了三极溅射工艺参数间的关系。

The influence of the matching of coarse and fine WC powdres on the mechanical properties and microstructures of WC-10%Co cemented carbides has been systenatically studied in this paperthree groups of fine-quality WC powders classified by air according to their particle size ,were matched in suitable proportion and these mixed with cobalt powder The resultant cemented carbide with "double grain structure "has been proved to be successful in rock-drilling experiment

本实验系统地研究了碳化钨粗颗细粒搭配对WC—10%合金的力学性能与组织结构的影响.优质碳化钨粉,通过空气分级的方法获得三种不同粒度级别的碳化钨.不同粒度级别的碳化钨,以适当的比例搭配和钴粉混合.获得具有“双重晶粒结构”的硬质合金,在凿岩试验中取得了良好的结果.

The guality of Cemented Carbide is depend on the guality of Tungsten car bide, but the impurity content in tungsten carbide is an important aspect. In this paper,the measures of reducing impurity content in WC production are describde.
