The bone marrow hemopoietic microen.viron.ment has been studied extensively in recent years, but the fetus marrow stromal cells have never been reported in literature. In our study, the bone marrow cells are derived from fetal bones and the stromal cells are obtained after cultivation for 3 weeks. Under light and scaning electron microscopes, as in adults, they showed fibroblastoid cells, phagocytes, fat cells and small round cells in adherent cells. The culture system of 10ml fetus marrow s(?)romal cells includes monoauclear cells 10~(?)/ml, 20% human or cow serum, hydrocortison 10~(-5)/ml, glutamine and penicillin-streptomycin 10~(-4)/ml. Culture were maintained at 37℃ in an humidified atmosphere of 5% CO_2 in air. Feeding was done at weekly intervals by removing half of the medium and replacing it with equal volume of fresh medium. At the end of third week, as much as 6 times of the original stromal cells may be acquired. we have used for transplantation to aplastic anemia patient for 8 times without abnormal reactions. In order to obtain stromal cells enough, fifth-month fetus is faverable.

近年来对CFU—F的性质、功能、及细胞成分的研究大多在动物或成人的骨髓,而对胎儿骨髓CFU—F的培养还没报道。本文仅就胎儿骨髓基质细胞的培养技术予以介绍。在本实验室培养体系中培养出的基质细胞已8次输入再障患者,细胞数3×10~8~1.2×10~(10)均无不良反应。
