In this paper, and before all, emphasis is placed on the importance of the advanced injection angle adjustment of a diesel engine, and general description made of the required advance angle of injection for type K48E 150 ZC diesel engine, as well as some kinds of advanced injection angle self-adjusting mechanisms, and subsequently, stress is laid on expounding the development, including the design, test and operation of an advanced injection angle self-adjusting mechanism with high controlling...

In this paper, and before all, emphasis is placed on the importance of the advanced injection angle adjustment of a diesel engine, and general description made of the required advance angle of injection for type K48E 150 ZC diesel engine, as well as some kinds of advanced injection angle self-adjusting mechanisms, and subsequently, stress is laid on expounding the development, including the design, test and operation of an advanced injection angle self-adjusting mechanism with high controlling capacity. The mechanism working principle of such a design has been proved out in use and affirmed by fellow craftsmen, and is estimated to be a breakthrough in design feature. Finally, the article points out that this mechanism not only can be used on hlgh-speed series KE150 diesel engines, hut may be applicable to other multi-cylinder high speed engines with a high or medium power and a wider range of speed variation.

本文首先强调柴油机调整喷油提前角的重要性,简介K48E150ZC柴油机喷油提前角的要求以及某些自动调节喷油提前角的机构,此后着重阐明研制大调节量自动调整喷油提前角机构的设计、试验和使用情况。本设计的机构工作原理已被使用所验证和同行们所肯定,并被评为具有突破性的特点。文章最后指出,这种机构不仅可用在KE150系列高速柴油机上,而且还适用于其它大、中功率和转速变化范围较宽的多缸高速柴油机上。文中有关控制特性、各种扭矩等方面的计算方法和计算公式以及平台与配机试验所获得的许多数据,仅供同行们参考。

应用模糊控制方法对车用柴油机电子调速器的油门执行器位置伺服控制进行研究。模糊控制方法的显著特点是不需要对控制目标建立精确的数学模型。在常规的模糊控制器上提出一种在线修正因子和量化因子的自调整模糊控制器。这种修正算法是基于仿人工智能控制的思想,分析和识别系统的输出状态,动态地、独立地对量化因子和比例因子进行在线修正,以调整整个控制过程不同阶段的控制特性。发动机的台架试验结果证明油门执行机构获得了良好的动态响应特性。

In this paper,the authors analyze the principle of circulating fluidlized bed in burning process,describe the work principle of fuzzy self-adaptive controller with Smith preevaluation,introduce the design of fuzzy controller with self-adjusting,give the simulation study and its analysis steps.The simulation results are correct to real conditions.

分析了循环流化床锅炉燃烧机理,描述了F自适应Sm ish 预估控制工作原理,介绍了自调整F控制器的设计,给出了仿真研究与分析步骤,经与现场对比,表明仿真结果正确.
