The contents of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma were determined by radioimmuno-assay in 40 patients with ischemic stroke. The results showed that CSF AVP was significantly increased, and the change of plasma AVP was not significant. CSF AVP was much higher in the severe cases than in the mild cases. The contents of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma were determined by radioimmuno-assay in 40 patients with ischemic stroke. The results showed that CSF AVP was significantly increased, and the change of plasma AVP was not significant. CSF AVP was much higher in the severe cases than in the mild cases. The large the lesion demonstrated by CT scans, the higher CSF AVP contents. Of all cases, the level of CSF AVP was the highest in the patients with high intra-cranial pressure, and there was a positive correlation between the intracrainal pressure and CSF AVP contents. It was suggested that AVP was involved in the pathophysiological process of ischemic brain edema. The changes of CSF AVP could reflect the serious degree of the brain edema in the acute ischemic stroke.

本文用放射免疫分析法对40例缺血性中风患者脑脊液和血浆AVP含量进行了观察。结果表明,患者脑脊液AVP含量明显升高(P<0.01),而血浆AVP含量却无明显变化(P>0.05)。病情重者脑脊液AVP含量比轻者升高明显,头颅CT所示脑梗塞体积愈大,脑脊液中AVP升高愈明显。伴有颅内压升高的脑梗塞病人脑脊液AVP含量是所有病人纽中最高的,且脑脊液AVP含量与颅内压呈正相关(γ=0.882 p<0.01)。结果提示,AVP参与缺血性脑水肿的病理过程,患者脑脊液AVP含量的变化可反映缺血性脑水肿的严重程度。
