    In this paper a continuous billet mathematical model for heat transfer of solidifcation in secondary cooling zone has been established by adopting different boundary conditions on the basis of four kinds of heat transfer patterns in secondary spray water cooling zone and taking the features of continuous casting machine into consideration. This model could simulate precisely the practical solidifying process of continuous billet. According to the requirement of billet quality and optimization theory, the relations are gained through simulating calculations in computer using the established mathematical model, which show the variation of the optimum (smallest) water flowrate distribution in secondary cooling zone with the optimum (biggest) casting speed at specified casting temperatureW1=a+bv+cv2and the relation of the casting temperature changing with the optimum casting speed for definite water flowrate distribution is obtained as followstt =d+evThese equations may be regarded as the optimum process control model for the continuous billet of steel 55SiMnVB in the secondary cooling zone.KEY WORDS alloy steel, control model, square billet continuous casting, secondary cooling

    本文应用所建立的铸坯凝固传热数学模型,针对二冷区喷水段各部分的不同传热方式,采取分部位确定边界条件,根据铸坯质量的冶金要求,对断面为140×140 mm的55SiMnVB方坯进行模拟计算,获得了一定浇注温度下二冷区的最佳水量分布与最佳拉速的关系式 W_i=α+bv+cv~2以及在一定水量分布条件下的浇注温度与最大拉速的关系式 t_j=d+ev这些关系式可作为合金钢(55SiMnVB)方坯连铸二次冷却的最佳工艺制度控制模型。

    Withdrew resistance, straightening, torque, straightening force and formation rate of the multipoint withdrewing & straightening system of an arc CC machine for round billets are analyzed and calculated, the relationship between shear force, formation rate, formation speed durig during multipoint withdrewing & straightening and billet quality after straightening as well as performances of the system are also described,which provided a reference for selection and desing of a CC machine.
