The relationship between sol fraction and radiation dose of differentweight ratio polymer blends has been studied. The experiment results show that therelationship, R(S+S~(1/2))=1/q_0u_1+(p′_0/q_0)R~β,is also suitable to this polymer blend system. The method to calculate the β value ofpolymer blend system (EVA/LDPE) has been established.

For the Polymer blend system of Poly (styrene-co-Methyl methacrylate) (PS-co-MMA)/phenolic resin (PR), there exists specific interaction of hydrogen bond between the polymer components. Therefore, it is possible to control the phase morphology by changing the composition of the copolymer and the blending ratio of the PS-co-MMA/ PR blend system.

The morphology, network and mechanical properties of a polymer blend system(cis 1, 4 polyisoprene(IR) polychloroprene(CR) poly(styrene isoprene)) triblock copolymer (SIS) have been investigated by using various methods. Results show that 3 ̄7 portions (wt%) of SIS copolymer have obviously improved phase dispersion, increased the value of constants 2 C 1, 2C 2 and tensile strength of covulcanizates and decreased mechanical loss of the blends.

Using a new system called microscope-television-camera system,the diffusion coefficients of polymer blend dopes during the static coagulation process were measured and calculaated,and the effect of polymer blend system on diffusion coefficients was studied.It was found that the diffusion coefficients of acrylic blend dopes were usually higher than those of acrylic dopes in 'DMF as well as in NaSCN aqueous solution.
