In this paper,the multipole field theory has been used to research the deflection aberration at the extra-large deflection angle. The expression of multipole field is developed which could be applied to the correction of seventh-order aberration by using the fourteen-poles field. The influence of fourteen-poles field on seventh-order aberration has been computed. The analysis method of aberration correction using multipole field effect has also been researched.
