The second can be used to predict earthquake damage to existing building stocks in a city, to evaluate casualties and property losses, to identify high risk subareas and high risk building types, to decided the goal of disaster mitigation and its countermeasures. A wealth of domain knowledge is the prerequisite to develop the two systems and the fashion that model oneself after natural is the basic point of the design of knowledge engineering. The two systems has been progressively developed, further improved and extended in the practice and it has been proved that the inference is reliable, the results are right and the decision making is efficient.

本项研究建立了两个智能系统:(1)多层砌体房屋震害预测专家系统,用于对该类房屋单体的易损性评估和震害预测;(2)城市现有房屋震害预测智能辅助决策系统,用于房屋群体的震害预测、人员伤亡和经济损失评估、高危害房屋类型和高危害小区识别,以及决策减灾目标和相应的对策。在该项研究中,知识丰富是建成实用化智能系统的先决条件,师法自然是设计知识工程的基点,应用实践使系统得以进一步的扩展和完善。现已证实系统的推理是可靠的,结果是可信的,决策是有效的。本项研究是国家自然科学基金重大项目“工程建设中智能辅助决策系统的应用研究”中的子项目之一,并在30个子项目的总结评比中获得第一,为全A级优秀项目。经专家鉴定,研究建立的两个系统均达到国际先进水平。

This paper describes the application of the finite difference method of boundary fitted coordinates in groundwater resources evaluation.A 2-dimensional groundwater flow equation in the boundary fitted coordinates is derived. The paper takes the water resource ground in Jiu-Xian village of Tat'an City asan example, discusses problems of environmental geology owing to overextracting of groundwater in covered-type karst region, such as ground fracture, settlement, subsidence andhouse deformation, and describes main aspects and measures in exploring water resourceground.

本文以泰安市旧县村水源地为例,阐述了在覆盖型岩溶地区由于超量开采地下水,使地质条件友生变化,引起地面开裂、下沉、塌陷和房屋变形等环境地质问题,提出了水源地开发中应注意的问题和应采取的措施。
