A n-type α-Fe2O3 semiconductor photoelectrode was prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of ferrocene onto Ti foil.An outstanding feather of this electrode is that the action spectrum extends to 670nm which is far beyond 550nm as estimated from the energy gap of α-Fe2O3 semiconductor (2.2eV),and therefore,enhances the photore-sponse.This effect may be attributed to Ti dopping as a result of diffusion of the substrate during prolonged heat treatment under Ar atmosphere.This is evidenced by Auger electron spectroscopy and composition in-depth profile obtained by continous ion sputtering technique.To-gether with X-ray powder analysis and scanning electron microscope the structure of the α-Fe2O3 film was thus determined.This viewpoint is further evidenced by the effect of changing substrate Ti to Pt or Fe foil,by the direct TiO2 dopping effect of sintered α-Fe2O3 electrodes as compared with that of s thermal oxidized pure Fe foil photoelectrode.The flat band potential Efb of the α-Fe2O3 electrodes produced both by the ferrocene CVD technique and by the thermal oxidation of Fe foil are determined from the Mott-Schottky plots.The two set of Efb values are nearly identical.Thus the dopping effect on Efb has not been revealed as a consequence of the uneven dopping distribution.However,owing to Ti dopping the electrode obtained from ferrocene gives profound effect of photoassisted electrolysis of water when a small bias as required by such Efb value is applied.

A meteorite Shower Which fell'down to the earth on 15th of April, 1986 in Xihezhen, Suizhou, Hubei, China has been investigated. A number of methods has been applied in this study, including optical properties, inclusions, electron micrpprobe, sem, chemical analysis, rare earth element distribution, .X-RAY Powder analysis, X-RAY single crystal analysis, ir analysis, mossbauer spectrometer analysis, age determination by mass spectrometer, etc....

A meteorite Shower Which fell'down to the earth on 15th of April, 1986 in Xihezhen, Suizhou, Hubei, China has been investigated. A number of methods has been applied in this study, including optical properties, inclusions, electron micrpprobe, sem, chemical analysis, rare earth element distribution, .X-RAY Powder analysis, X-RAY single crystal analysis, ir analysis, mossbauer spectrometer analysis, age determination by mass spectrometer, etc. A large amount of informations has been obtained. Combined analysis of obtained data indicates that the meteorite mainly consist of fprsterite(Fa = 24), bronzite(Fs = 2l), plagioclass, whitlockite, pyrrhotite, troilite, kamasite, taenite, chromite ilmenite. The largest chondrule found is up to 7.1mm in diameter. U-Pb isotime age by MAT-261 solid mass spectrometer is ( 3.82±0.085) × 109. Currently further investigations still in progress.

作者对1986年4月15日降落在我国湖北省随州市淅河镇的陨石雨进行了光学性质、电子探针、扫描电镜、化学全分析;全岩稀土分析;X射线粉晶衍射、X射线单晶分析;红外吸收光谱、穆斯堡尔谱、同位素年龄测定,获得了大量有价值的数据。综合分析表明,主要组成矿物为贵橄榄石(Fa≈24),古铜辉石(Fs≈27),斜长石、白磷钙矿、磁黄铁矿、陨硫铁,镍纹石、铁纹石、铬铁矿和钛铁矿。已发现的最大球粒直径7.1mm,U—Pb等时线年龄为3.82±0.085×10~9年。

The phengite,as one kind of typomorphic mineral of high pressure and low temprature metamorphic rocks,is closely associated with glaucophane,ompha- cite(chloromelanite),garnet,quartz,epidote in the glaucophane eclogite and glaucophane schist in Northern Qilian Mountains.The rocks reveal granoblastic and.relict cataclastic structure and phengites are considered to have the feature of multistage metamorphism.According to the study for phengite by the miner- achemical analysis,the X-ray powder analysis,measuring of Mossbauer spectrum and Mallard method in crystal optics,the author has discovered that micas ap- pear as 2M_1 polytypes with occasional 3T polytypes in Qingshuigou and phengite of 3T polytypes with occasional 2M_1 occured in Baijingshi.It is proved that phengites consist of 2M_1 and 3T polytypes for every specimen of the eclogites and glaucophane schists in Northern Qilian Mts.The data of K-At ages(by the Volume Method)and content of 3T polytypes are shown in the following tablc.The latter was abtained by counting the values of the data of(-)2V by Mallard.method It is firmly belived that the data of K-Ar ages(apparent ages)are related to phengite's polytypes chcaracteristics.On the origins,some- one thought that the 3T polytypes of phengite expelled Ar~(40) while it's te- trahedral structure layers were rotating. At 1ast,the author discussed the paleao-plate subduetion-collision and ther- mal bulge history in the Northern Qilian Mountains according to the theory of cooling ages.It has been Calculated that the velocity on the rise of collisiion orogen is 0.0085—0.0102 cm/year in Northern Qilian Mountains from 382.1- 459.0 Ma ago.

作为高压低温变质岩石标型矿物之一的多硅白云母在多型体方面有着重要特征.笔者用化学成分分析、X 光粉末分析、穆斯堡尔谱测定数据,又用晶体光学的马拉德常数法进行定量统计。确认,北祁连山蓝闪片岩、蓝闪榴辉岩的多硅白云母有2M_1和3T 两个多型体组成,它们在不同岩石中有不同的百分含量。K—Ar 年龄数据表明,矿物的多型特征和生成的时代有关,样品中3T 型多的其年龄相对年轻(382.1百万年),3T 型少的其年龄相对较老(438.9—459.0百万年)。此外还利用冷却年龄理论解释了北祁连山古板块构造运动的热演化史。
