The coagulation method for removing arsenic in drinking water from dispersed water supply was tested. The same removal efficacy could be achieved by putting 30 mg/L ferric sulfate or 40 mg/L aluminum sulfate and filtering after 30~40 min settlement. The removal rates were raised with the increased concentration of coagulants in water. The remained As(Ⅴ) in filtered water could meet the valid health standard of drinking water (<0 05 mg/L) when the original concentrations of As(Ⅴ) were 1 0mg/L and 0 5mg/L by using 30 mg/L ferric sulfate and aluminum sulfate respectively. Furthermore, ferric sulfate was more efficient than aluminum sulfate at varied of pH value, water temperature, turbidity and hardness of water, etc. Generally, arsenic in coagulated sludge would not release into water again.

采用混凝沉淀法进行分散式饮水除砷试验。结果表明,当水样中五价砷[As(Ⅴ)]含量为1.0m g/L时,不调节pH值(pH7.82),直接投加50m g/L硫酸铁,室温下沉淀静置12h,可使倾析液残留砷含量低于0.05m g/L。如沉淀反应后静置30~40 m in 即过滤,则只需投加30m g/L的硫酸铁或40m g/L的硫酸铝即可达到同样的除砷效果。随着投加量的增加,2种混凝剂对砷的去除率均升高,当水样As(Ⅴ)≤1.0m g/L和≤0.5m g/L时,分别投加30m g/L 硫酸铁和硫酸铝,过滤后可使残留砷含量达到现行饮水卫生标准(<0.05m g/L)。在水样处于不同pH 值、水温、浊度、硬度等条件下硫酸铁的除砷性能较硫酸铝稳定。一般情况下,沉渣中的砷不会再次进入水中

The effects of aluminum on ATPase activity and lipid composition of the plasma membranes isolated from root tips of Al tolerant (Altas 66) or Al sensitive (Scout 66) cultivar of Triticum aestivum L. were studied. The results showed that the similar changes in H + ATPase or Ca 2+ ATPase activities between two cultivars after aluminum stress. Exposure of both cultivars to 20 and 100 μmol/L aluminum for 5d significantly decreased the activities of Ca 2+ ATPase of plasma membranes. The activities of H + ATPase of plasma membrane from both wheat cultivars increased in response to 20 μmol/L aluminum and decreased to 100 μmol/L aluminum. With aluminum treatment, the phospholipid contents of plasma membrane of Altas 66 and Scout 66 decreased, the galactolipid contents increased, and the ratios of phospholipid to galactolipid decreased more distinctly in Scout 66 than that in Altas 66. The treatments at 20 and 100 μmol/L aluminum decreaced distinctly the content of linolenic acid and the index of unsaturation of fatty acids in Scout 66, but increased slightly the index of unsaturation of fatty acids in Altas 66. The results showed the physiological cause of a good aluminum tolerance in Altas 66 than in Scout 66.

METHODS: Thirty Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random,10 for ea ch group.The first group rats had normal food and water freely, with 2 mL normal saline filling stomach;The second and third group rats had normal food and wate r administrated with 25 g/L aluminum sulphate,and the filling stomach fluid was 2 mL normal saline for the second group and 50 mg piracetam in 2 mL normal salin e for the third group.The research on memory in rat with long-term oral adminis tration of aluminum sulfate was studied with passive avoid test after three mont hs.The main measure indexes were the time of memory loss and memory loss percent . RESULTS:Memory loss appeared at 3 weeks in the second group. The percents of m emory loss were 20%, 30%,80%,100%respectively at the third, forth, fifth, si xth week. Memory loss appeared at 3 weeks in the third group. And memory loss pe rcents were 10%, 10%,10%, 10%, 20%,70%, 100%respectively at 3-9 weeks; t he memory loss percents were respectively 10%, 90%, 100%at 7-9 weeks in the first group.

目的:观察长期经口摄入铝对大鼠记忆行为的影响及吡拉西坦(商品名:脑复康)的预防作用。方法:Wistar大鼠按体质量随机分为3组,每组10只。Ⅰ组为对照组。每天自由进食及饮水,同时以2mL生理盐水灌胃;Ⅱ组自由进食但饮水中含硫酸铝25g/L(含铝2g/L),同时以2mL生理盐水灌胃。Ⅲ组进食及饮水同Ⅱ组,但每天以50mg吡拉西坦溶于2mL生理盐水中灌胃。3个月后停止生理盐水及吡拉西坦灌胃,继续喂养,应用被动回避实验,观察各组大鼠记忆消退的时间。结果:单纯用硫酸铝大鼠试验后第3周出现记忆消退,3,4,5,6周记忆消失百分数分别为20%,30%,80%,100%;应用吡拉西坦大鼠第3周出现记忆消退,3,4,5,6,7,8,9周记忆消失百分数分别为10%,10%,10%,10%,20%,70%,100%;对照组第7周出现记忆消失,第8周记忆消失百分数达90%,第9周达100%。结论:长期经口摄入铝对大鼠记忆行为有损害作用,吡拉西坦可预防其行为的损害。
