The lung index increased with statistical significance. Accumulation of leukocyte in microvascul-ature, interstitial leukocyte infiltration and interstitio-intraalveolar pulmonary edema were found histologically after given oleic acid. It was suggested that leukocytes might play a key role in oleic acid induced lung injury. Pretreatmen'c with large dose of 654-2 could prevent the development of this injury. Inhibition of leukocyte accumulation and decrease in release of lysosomal enzyme and histamine might be the possible mechanism of such protective effect of 654-2.

The ACE activity in pulmonary lymph increased steadily after injection, but in the lung tissue of the pancreatitis dogs it markedly decreased comparing with that of the controls. The pulmonary lymph flow and transvascular protein clearance increased 2 to 3-fold which paralleled with the changes in ACE activity in serum and pulmonary lymph. The results indicate that the changes in ACE activity reflected the impairment of pulmonary vascular endothelial cells and could be used for the diagnosis of acute lung injury.

用胰管内加压注射自身胆汁和胰蛋白酶溶液的方法造成狗实验性出血坏死性胰腺炎,观察了血清、肺淋巴液和肺组织血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)与肺淋巴流量、肺跨血管蛋白清除率的动态变化。结果发现,注射后混合静脉血ACE活性持续下降,动脉血ACE活性出现一过性升高而后又降低,肺淋巴液ACE活性升高,肺组织ACE活性降低。在血清和肺淋巴液ACE活性变化的同时,肺淋巴流量和肺跨血管蛋白清除率增加2~3倍。动物死后解剖,肺有明显水肿、出血和局灶性肺不张。实验结果提示,测定血清ACE活性可反映肺血管内皮细胞的受损情况,作为早期诊断肺损伤的一项有用指标。
