以猫为实验动物,采用躯体感觉诱发电位(SEP)的方法观察其在急性缺血性脑损害时的变化。结果显示在大脑中动脉阻断10~15分钟后躯体感觉诱发电位的波幅降低,潜伏期延长,这种变化随着阻断时间延长而显著。超微结构观察发现:在大脑中动脉阻断10~15分钟后顶叶皮层区神经元发生明显缺血性改变,阻断1小时后神经元出现核固缩。依据实验结果,作者认为SEP可推广应用至临床,评价急性脑缺血后大脑半球的功能及估价患者的预后。
