    This paper reports that Cu-Liu Flavanoid (Flavanoids of Hipprophae Rhammoides L.) has presented some pharmacological activities in animals when it was given orally in a large dose(400mg/kg) or in repeated doses (100-200mg/kg/day X 3-7) and given intraperitoneally(400mg/kg). Cu-Liu Flavonoid increased myocardial nutrient blood flow and tolerability to hypoxia. It decreased myocardial oxygen consumpti on and serum cholesterol. Moreover, it antagonized acute myocardial ischemic effect of pituitrin and the aggregation of platelets. All the above effects may be the pharmacological basis of the clinical effects of Cu-Liu Flavanoid on the coronary diseases. Besides, toxicalogicol tests revealed no significant toxicity, no teratogenic and mutagenic effects. It may be considered as a rather safe and effective agent for cononary disease.

    醋柳总黄酮对动物在大剂量(400mg/kg)一次口服、连续3~7日小量用药(100~200mg/kg/d)或腹腔给药(400mg/kg)时均可增加心肌营养血流量,降低心肌耗氧量,提高动物耐缺氧的能力,对抗垂体后叶素所致的急性缺血性心肌损伤。此外,本品还能降低血清胆固醇,抑制血小板聚集,这些药理作用可能是本品临床上治疗冠心病有较好疗效的药理基础。醋柳总黄酮的毒性实验表明,本品无明显毒性,也没有致畸和致突变作用,是一种安全而有效的药物。

    By histochemical means, we observed the effects of reperfusion on succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)activity after acute myocardial ischemic injury in rabbits. Results showed that SDH activity was normal when the reperfusion was instituted after myocardial ischemia for 15 minutes.     本文以组织化学方法探讨家兔心肌缺血不同时间后再灌注对琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响。结果表明,冠脉结扎15分钟后再灌注,SDH活性接近正常,冠脉结扎45分钟后再灌注,SDH活性明显降低。这说明了再灌注损伤的出现与缺血的时间长短有关。
