It is shown by XRD the presence of oxy-apatite in the coating. SEM photography indicates the porous structure of coating with pores sized 1-10um, porosity 20-30%. EDX shows that Ti, Ca, P elements penetrate each other by thermal diffusion at the interface and the special layer forms where many elements exist together and chemical bonds...

After HF acid etching under 5 different HF concentrations and 6 exposing times, shear bonding strength of porcelain to enamel were tested. The results showed that HF acid etching technique had a positive influence on the bonding strength of porcelain to enamel. The most favorable concertrationtime groups were 2.5%5.0 min, 5.0%5.0 min,7.5%2.5 min,10.0%1.0 min,15.0%0.5 min, and the debonding type of porcelainresinenamel composite body was mixed debonding.

The effect of the pre-oxidation procedure for the bonding strength of the porcelain -titanium was studied. All research work shows that the porcelain-titanium bonding strength didn′t increased with the pre-oxidation procedure, unlike the conventional porcelain-metal system. And the porcelain-titanium bonding may produce bad effects when the pre-oxidation temperature higher than 500℃. At the same time, we estimated Ti-Ceramic materials.

分析研究了预氧化处理工艺对钛瓷冠修复体钛-瓷界面结合强度的影响.研究发现:与传统烤瓷修复工艺不同,预氧化处理对钛瓷结合强度无增强作用,且预氧化温度高于500℃时对钛-瓷结合还会产生不利的影响.同时对我们研制的钛瓷材料进行了评价.
