The results are: Stress distribution in alveolar bone around abutment is most equal with 10 degree rest denture. It is middle when with attachment denture. Tensile forces in the top of alveolar bone is very big with 0 and 20 degree rest denture. Displacement of abutment with attachment denture is similar to 10 degree rest denture and less than 0 and 20 degree rest denture. It means attachment can limit the abutment tilt. Attachment retained denture is better than clasp retained dentures for it's difficult to control the rest angle at 10 degree in clinic.

本文应用有限元分析方法,对不同固位形式的非游离端可摘义齿进行应力分析,结果表明:10°支托的义齿基牙牙槽骨受力最均匀,附着体义齿在牙槽骨顶端应力大于10°支托,小于0°及20°支托义齿。从位移上看,10°及附着体义齿基牙位移情况接近,20°、0°支托时位移较大。附着体义齿可对基牙倾斜自行限制,受外界影响小,在临床上,比支托在最佳角度上更容易控制。

It is a serious problem of the functional deformation and fracture of the denture base made of poly-methylmethacrylates in prosthetic clinic.Efforts have been concentrated on ways of strengthening the base.Being a further study,this research undertaken was aimed at elucidating the relationships of the bending strength of the base compounded plastics with steel framework and the hardness,the width and the strength-en area of steel framework within the plastics with the standard mechanical measurement method.It was found that the bending strength of the base made of polymethylmethacrylates was much lower,but the strength of it was improved as a steel framework added to,and that the strength of the compound was signifi-cantly increased as the increment of the hardness,the width of the steel framework in the plastics and the dis-tance of the framework to the tissue surface of the base,and that the bending coefficient of elasticity of the compound was raised with the increasing of the hardness of steel framework in the plastics.The results indi-cate that to reduce the deformation and to prevent the fracture of the complete denture and removable partial denture made of polymethylmethacrylates,the following points may be required (1) selecting the harder steel material for strengthener,(2)increasing the width of the strengthener properly and(3) putting the strength-ener at the area which near to the polished surface of denture base.

作者采用标准试件测试法,研究聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯塑料义齿基托内钢质支架的硬度、宽度、加强部位与基托弯曲强度的关系,发现基托的弯曲强度随钢质支架的硬度、宽度以及钢质支架距基托组织面距离的加大而增加;基托弯曲弹性模量随钢质支架硬度增加而升高.本组实验结果表明:设计可摘义齿时,为减少塑料基托的变形和预防其折裂,应选择硬度大的钢质材料作为加强物;加强物应有适宜的宽度;加强物应远离基托的组织面而靠近基托的磨光面.

The result indicated a resin-bonded bridge could transfer theloads from one abutment to another and reduced the magnitude of the loading-tooth as a fixed bridge did. Loaded on the pontic vertically, the distribution of the stresses in periodontal ligament was less uniform witha resin- bonded bridge than a fixed bridge and the magnitude of stresses were higher in edentulous area mucosawith a resin- bonded bridge. Abutment condition, the space of edentulous area, the proper choice ofprosthodontic materials should be considered especially when a resin- bonded bridge was used.

作者用Auto-CAD模拟口腔修复体的设计,采用三维有限元法分析了粘接桥与固定桥支持组织的应力分布情况.结果表明:粘接桥与固定桥一样具有传递及分散直接受载牙的负荷能力,减轻了直接受载牙的负荷.但是,当桥体上垂直加载时,粘接桥修复时基牙牙周膜应力分布不如固定桥修复时基牙牙周膜内应力分布均匀,且桥体下缺牙区粘膜的应力值较高.提示粘接桥修复时更应充分考虑基牙条件,缺牙区间隙的大小及修复材料的选择.
