The model is based on the description of initial fatigue quality (IFQ) of the structural details, and with the randomness of the crack growth taken into consideration. A structural failure performance function with the crack size as the criterion is derived. Using the JC method and the first order second moment method, the crack exceedance probability of aircraft wheel hubs under various cycle index number of cycles is calculated....

Results predicted by the model are verified by those obtained from the tests on full scale wheel hubs under service loading conditions.

In this paper, technical data is obtained precisely by computing and analyzing the structure of aircraft wheel hub with finite element method. Combined with the results of the photoelastic experiment of the wheel hub, its stress distribution under different kinds of loads is exhibited successfully. The structure improvement of the design is made for the wheel hub. It provides a theoretical base for reliable design and improvement for the structure.

通过对机轮轮毂的有限元分析计算 ,结合光弹性实验结果 ,获得了较准确的计算数据 ,成功地将各种危险载荷作用下轮毂结构的应力应变场直观地展现出来 .并在此基础上对轮毂进行了改进设计和减重修型 ,从而为结构的合理设计提供了可靠的理论依据 .

The difficulties in processing the cam key screw hole of internal ca vity in aircraft wheel hub are analyzed. The machining technology of the screw holes is presented. Also, the technological-economical effects are shown.

分析了机轮轮毂内腔凸键螺纹孔加工难点,介绍了加工螺纹孔的工艺方法及取得的技术经济效果。
