In this paper the basic principle and technique are described for recovery of tin from the residue produced in the hydrometallurgical processing of copper anode slime by Alkaline Smelting-Electrowinning process. After extracting the tin, the silver and gold left in the residue can be recovered by the conventional methods. The results of laboratory experiments have shown that the recovery of tin, silver and gold can reach 95.92 and 90% respectively; and at the same time almost all the lead and antimony...

In this paper the basic principle and technique are described for recovery of tin from the residue produced in the hydrometallurgical processing of copper anode slime by Alkaline Smelting-Electrowinning process. After extracting the tin, the silver and gold left in the residue can be recovered by the conventional methods. The results of laboratory experiments have shown that the recovery of tin, silver and gold can reach 95.92 and 90% respectively; and at the same time almost all the lead and antimony present in the residue can be also recovered. The tests showed that this technique worked well and was of appreciable economic benefits.

本文介绍了从铜阳极泥湿法冶金产出的残渣中,用碱熔——电积法回收锡的基本原理和工艺,提锡后渣用现有的方法回收银、金。实验室试验表明锡、银、金的回收率分别达(%):95,92,90,同时还可回收残渣中的铅和锑。生产试验证明流程畅通,经济效益明显。
