The pseudo-binary systems Li2SO4-Li2B2O4, Li2SO4-(NH4)2SO4 have been studied by means of DTA and X-ray diffraction techniques. Li2SO4-Li2B2O4 is a eutectic system. The eutectic reaction occures at 720℃ and 75 mol% Li2SO4. In Li2SO4-(NH4)2SO4 system there exists only one compound NH4LiSO4 which has a solid-solid phase transition at 186℃.

The heat capacity of (n-C_(12)H_(25)NH_3)_2MnCl_4 was measured over the temperature range 280 to 500 K by means of an automated adiabatic calorimeter. In this paper, a method of how to obtain the ingots of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu (LC_4) alloy wtih/without filtration is offered. After ingot being gorged in multi-direction, the effects of aging time on the age hardening curve of the alloy with/without filtration is investigated. Furthermore, the effects of filtration on solid-solid phase transition of LC_4 alloy is investigated by observing the change of microstructure during age hardening treatment of the alloy with/without filtration by means of TEM-transmissive...

In this paper, a method of how to obtain the ingots of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu (LC_4) alloy wtih/without filtration is offered. After ingot being gorged in multi-direction, the effects of aging time on the age hardening curve of the alloy with/without filtration is investigated. Furthermore, the effects of filtration on solid-solid phase transition of LC_4 alloy is investigated by observing the change of microstructure during age hardening treatment of the alloy with/without filtration by means of TEM-transmissive electron microscope. The results obtained show that filtration can lessen the tendency of heterogeneous nucleation (unusual precipitation) of the alloy, contributing to obtain a more disversed and finer precipitated phase. Therefore peak value of age hardening is increased, and over-aging time elongated by means of filtration.

叙述了在工业生产条件下获得的过滤和未过滤的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金(LC_4合金)铸锭,进行多方向锻造后,考察时效时间对过滤前后合金硬度变化规律的影响;进而用透射电子显微镜观察了曾否过滤研究的LC_4合金时效处理过程的微观组织变化,过滤净化对合金时效过程的影响。结果表明:过滤净化可以减少合金非均质生核(异常析出)的倾向,有利于获得比较弥散和细小的沉淀、弥散相。因此过滤净化提高了LC_4合金时效后的硬度、延长了过时效的时间。
