Supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) is a technology being developed for the ultimate destruction of organic wastes in water. The process involves the reaction of organic and oxygen in an aqueous phase under the conditions that exceed the critical temperature and pressure of water. This paper discussed the physico-chemical properties of supercritical water and SCWO progress and reactors. The applications of SCWO to destruction of hazardous organic substances, wastewater and organic sludge were also reviewed.... The applications of SCWO to destruction of hazardous organic substances, wastewater and organic sludge were also reviewed. 超临界水氧化是利用有机物与超临界反应来破坏有机物结构的一种新型氧化技术。介绍了超临界水的特性和超临界水氧化的原理与工艺装置,综述了这一高新技术在对酚、多氯联苯等有毒有机污染物、工业废水和污泥的处理方面的最新研究成果,并对这一新型氧化技术的发展前景作了展望。 SCWO,which means oxygen react with organic waste in supercritical water(SCW)and produce nontoxical materials such as CO_2、H_2O and N_2,etc.As a new technique for environmental application,SCWO has created a lot of interest recently.The properties of SCW and its solution,the characteristic of SCW were introduced in detail.The progress and problem of SCWO technique were expounded.The trends of the organic waste treatment by SCWO were discussed. 超临界水氧化(SCWO)是指,在超临界水中溶解的氧气与有机废物发生反应生成CO_2、H_2O和N_2等无毒物质。SCWO作为一种新兴环保技术受到广泛重视。本文全面介绍了超临界水及其溶液性质和超临界水化学反应的特点;论述了SCWO工程技术的研究进展及现存问题;讨论了用SCWO法处理有机废水废物的发展趋势和前景。 The kinetic of the COD removal of the waste water by supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) was studied in a continuous flow reactor at 673~813K and 28~35MPa with oxygen as the oxidant.The global rate law of COD removal are first order in COD and zero order oxygen.The relation between the global rate constant and temperature could be satisfactorily described by Arenius Law.The increment of pressure could obviously enlarge the global rate constant.The activation volume of the reaction is not a constant. 用超临界水氧化法(SCWO)处理有机废水,去除其COD。在高于水临界点(Tc=647K,Pc=22MPa)的温度和压力(673~813K,28~35MPa)下,用氧气作为氧化剂且过量,对含多元酚类等有机物的废水进行氧化处理。研究了超临界水氧化法处理废水时COD的去除动力学。在实验条件下,废水COD的去除动力学对COD是一级、氧气是零级;其速率常数与温度的关系符合Arrhenius公式;压力也明显地影响速率常数,随压力的升高而增大;反应的活化体积不是一常数。
