Energy efficiency is the perpetual subject of water heaters development, for energy consumption for heating water has takes account 10%～40% of total energy consumption of commercial buildings in urban district, and the amount of civil buildings is 20%～30%.
This paper discusses inhibition effect of all kinds of inhibitors in common use in heating water system. The outcome shows that in softening water it is unsuitable to use inhibitors filming by means of Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,OH - ,except a few inhibitors such as molybdate.
The corrosion characteristic of water in heating system is mainly introduced. According to the corrosion characteristic,the corrosion and scale inhibitor that are suitable for the heating water are selected.
The results shown that corrosion rate is mainly dependent on oxygen concentration in heating water system,after oxygen in solution has been removed,the rust consists of magnetite Fe3O4 and chloric ion increases corrosion of material.
The single plastic cover treatment was the best method for warming turfground in winter due to its efficiency, simple operation and low cost of 4.90 yun/m 2.As for trufground temperature, the heating water (by sun energy)with plastic cover was the best treatment, but the cost was also the highest (14.69 yun/m 2).
The equipment investemt, the heating cost per ton water and the period of time of investment reclamation are analyzed. The dispersed solar energy‐auxiliary electricity heating water system as the best scheme is recommended.
