    In this paper,we have computed the natural vibration characteristic of the two-story space frame by means of the improved mode synthesis technique demo- nstrated by the authors in reference.We have compared the numerical results with the exact solution,the result of Benfield's method and the test data.It has been proved that the improved mode synthesis technique is of desirable synthesis accuracy,not only for simple interface between components but also for high redundant interface.

    本文通过对三峡升船机塔柱结构的振动模型试验和理论计算,给出了塔柱结构在不同工作状态下的自振特性、变位曲线、地震惯性力、动应力分布、并与静荷作用下的应力叠加,得到动静力作用下的应力分布。模型试验与理论分析进行了对比,结果颇为一致。对船厢悬挂体系的抗震性能作了分析。分析成果对塔柱结构的设计提出了修改建议。
