The chemical characteristics of the inclusion between β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and 4-dimethylamino-4'-sulphonic-azobenzene(DMSA) has been determinated by means of the analysis of the elemental composition, DTA spectra, IR absorption spectra,and X- ray powder diffraction spectra. The results showed that the inclusion consisted of two β-cyclodextrin and one DMSA, in which the two benzol rings of DMSA entered the hydropholic cavities of the two β-cyclodextrins, respectively,...

The chemical characteristics of the inclusion between β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and 4-dimethylamino-4'-sulphonic-azobenzene(DMSA) has been determinated by means of the analysis of the elemental composition, DTA spectra, IR absorption spectra,and X- ray powder diffraction spectra. The results showed that the inclusion consisted of two β-cyclodextrin and one DMSA, in which the two benzol rings of DMSA entered the hydropholic cavities of the two β-cyclodextrins, respectively, and the hydrogen bond was formed between the functional group of DMSA and the hydrogen in the hydroxyl of β-CD. This formation of the inclusion was favor of the thermal stability of DMSA.

制备了以β-环糊精为主体、甲基橙为客体的晶体包络物.通过元素分析.红外光谱、差热分析和X-射线粉末衍射分析等方法确定了包络物的形成.实验结果表明:β-环糊精与甲基橙形成摩尔比为2:1的包络物,甲基橙的两个苯环分别进入两个环糊精分子的疏水性空腔内,甲基橙—N=N—与环糊精的外沿的羚基形成氢键缔合,包络物的形成使甲基橙的相变行为发生变化.
