Liquid hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol was carried out at an autoclave using Ni\|supported catalyst. Experimental results verify that the best catalyst preparation method and procedure for the production of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol(THFA) are important. Nickel supported catalysts with Ni contents of 20%~60% are the most active for the hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol. The multiple impregnation method used in this study can obviously improve the activity and selectivity of the nickel supported catalyst. Without solvent and under mild conditions (catalyst concentration is 10 g/L, temperature is 170 ℃, pressure is 5~6 MPa, residence time is 4~4.5 h, and agitating velocity is 1000 r/min), furfuryl alcohol is hydrogenated into THFA with a good yield (95%~96%), a high selectivity (over 95%) and total conversion. More than 90% of THFA fraction with purity over 99% was obtained through the vacuum distillation of the product. It appears that furfuryl alcohol hydrogenation could be scaled up by using Ni\|supported catalyst for the eventual industrial production of THFA.

用一次浸渍和多次浸渍法制备出高活性、高选择性负载型镍催化剂 ,将其用于糠醇液相加氢制备四氢糠醇的反应中。试验结果表明 ,镍负载量在 2 0 %~ 6 0 %时 ,负载型镍催化剂对糠醇加氢反应的活性和选择性较高 ,采用多次浸渍法可显著地提高催化剂的加氢活性和选择性。在不使用溶剂和较缓和的反应条件下 (催化剂浓度为 10g/L ,温度为 170℃ ,压力为 5~ 6MPa ,停留时间为 4~ 4.5h ,搅拌速度为 10 0 0r/min) ,糠醇转化率达 10 0 % ,四氢糠醇收率为 95 %~ 96 % ,选择性大于 95 %。反应产物经减压蒸馏后四氢糠醇的纯度高达 99%以上。研究结果表明 ,采用多次浸渍法制备的负载型镍催化剂在四氢糠醇生产中具有良好的工业应用前景

A new Ni-supported catalyst for the hydrogenation of furfural alcohol(FA)to tetrafurfuralalcohol(THFA)was developed,and the related experimental studies were carried out.The catalyst with about 40%~60% of carrier loaded and 6: 1~3:1 of the Ni/Cu atom ratio would have the best performance.Under the suitable operational conditions,the conversion of FA was above 99.5%,the yield and the selectivity of THFA was above 98%.

And the effects of operation conditions, such as temperature, pressure, stirring rate and catalyst load, were carefully investigated, and the suitable conditions were finally determined as following: temperature 170?℃, pressure 4 0?MPa, catalyst loading 20?g/L and stirring rate 1?200?r/min.Under the suitable conditions, the hydrogenation of FA in the presence of the catalyst could lead to a high FA conversion above 99 6% and a high selectivity of THFA 98 4% within 2 5 hours. The catalyst could be used twice without further treatment.

针对自制的负载型镍基催化剂 ,详细研究了糠醇选择催化加氢制备四氢糠醇的反应行为 ,考察了反应温度、压力、催化剂载量和搅拌速率等诸因素对催化性能的影响规律 ,进而得到糠醇加氢制备四氢糠醇的适宜操作条件 (反应温度 170℃、氢气压力 4 0MPa、搅拌速率 12 0 0r/min、催化剂载量 2 0 g/L) ,此外还浅析了催化剂重复使用情况 ,为催化剂的工业化应用提供了依据
