Web serive is already a very successful collaborative environment. Based on the characteristic of multidatabase of enterprises in cooperation,the paper analyzes the heterogeneity,autonomy and distribution of multidatabase under CSCW environment.The operation model and its' building on cooperative database based on Web service in CSCW environment is put forward.
