In this paper, we describe two methods for computing the coordinates and velocities of satellites by using the broadcast ephemeris of the "transit" satellites. One of them is "the interpolation of variable parameters" and the other is the higher order interpolation of rectangular coordinates of satellites by means of Chebyshev polynomial. The results show that the accuracy obtained by method 2 is a little higher.

A computer program system has been developed to manipulate the operations (addition,multiplication,differentiation,integration and so on) of Poisson series of the (1,10) type, S_(1,10)=A_i,(j_1l_1+J_2l_2+……+j_(10)l_(10)) where numerical coefficients A_(i,j) are floating-point numbers.For the series including both sine and cosine terms,this system can save the storage space and reduce the computing time greatly.
