This paper performs the return analysis of experimental data with TP-803 type microcomputer and sets up a mathematical model of relations between the welding parameters and the sizes of welded bead with great-diameter wire (φ3.0mm) CO_2 gas shielded arc weld. On this basis the paper formulates the program of microcomputer in plain butt welds with great-diameter wire CO_2 gas shielded arc weld. 本文通过TP-803型微计算机对试验数据进行回归分析,建立了φ3.0mm粗丝CO_2焊焊接规范参数与焊缝尺寸之间关系的数学模型,普在此基础上制定出粗丝CO_2焊无坡口平头对焊规范参数的微计算机程序,从而减少了规范试验的工作量。实际施焊表明,计算出的焊接规范参数基本上符合实陈,因而是可行的。
