Objective To establish a model of vascularized spleen heterotopic allotransplantation in rats. Methods Vascularized spleen heterotopic allotransplantation was performed among oubred rats. The portal vein and aortic segments of the excised spleen were continuously anastomized end to side to the vena cava and the abdominal aorta, respectively. The graft lain in right paracolic sulcus was fixed to lateral epigastrium. Results The successful rate of operation was 69 2%. The 1 week survival rate...

Objective To establish a model of vascularized spleen heterotopic allotransplantation in rats. Methods Vascularized spleen heterotopic allotransplantation was performed among oubred rats. The portal vein and aortic segments of the excised spleen were continuously anastomized end to side to the vena cava and the abdominal aorta, respectively. The graft lain in right paracolic sulcus was fixed to lateral epigastrium. Results The successful rate of operation was 69 2%. The 1 week survival rate was 61 1% postoperatively and 2 rats survived longer than 3 months. None of the rats experienced torsion of the splenic pedicle. Allografts survived in the initial stage and the mean time of acute rejection reaction was 3 days postoperatively. Conclusions It is feasible to establish a model of vasucularized spleen heterotopic allotransplantation in rats.

目的 建立同种大鼠带血管异位脾移植的实验模型。方法 远交系Wistar大鼠间行同种大鼠带血管异位脾移植。供脾带门静脉段和腹主动脉段分别与受体的下腔静脉和腹主动脉端—侧吻合 ,供脾异位移植于升结肠旁沟 ,与侧腹壁行三点固定。结果 手术成功率为 69 2 % (18/ 2 6例 ) ,术后 1周存活率为 61 1% (11/ 18例 ) ,2例大鼠获长期存活 (>90d)。脾蒂无一例扭转。组织学检查证实术后早期移植脾存活 ,发生急性排斥反应的时间平均为 3d。结论 建立同种大鼠带血管异位脾移植模型是可行的

Objective:To find a suitable growing environment for the bioengineered teeth in vivo by observing the development of rat tooth germs (rTGs) of heterotopic allotransplantation.Method:The first molar rTGs from closed colony Sprague-Dawley rat pups were implanted respectively into the subrenal capsule spaces, the mesenteries, the peritoneal outer spaces, the abdominal cavities and the soft tissues beneath the oral mucosa of the allogeneic adult rat hosts. The implants were retrieved 3 weeks later for histological...

Objective:To find a suitable growing environment for the bioengineered teeth in vivo by observing the development of rat tooth germs (rTGs) of heterotopic allotransplantation.Method:The first molar rTGs from closed colony Sprague-Dawley rat pups were implanted respectively into the subrenal capsule spaces, the mesenteries, the peritoneal outer spaces, the abdominal cavities and the soft tissues beneath the oral mucosa of the allogeneic adult rat hosts. The implants were retrieved 3 weeks later for histological analysis.Result: The rTGs in the subrenal capsule spaces and mesenteries were in good condition. At the same time, the enamel and pulp-dentin complex developed well in these two places with the distinctive dentinal tubule structures under the microscope. The further growth of rTGs in the peritoneal spaces and the abdominal cavities were not observed. Furthermore, there were obvious lymphocyte infiltrations in the pulp cavities and around the allografts. No grafts were retrieved from the soft tissues beneath oral mucosa. Conclusion: The environment under the renal capsule or in the mesenteries of closed colony rat is favorable for the growth of allogeneic rTGs and can be used as a new alternative for bioengineered tooth development in vivo.

目的:观察牙胚在同种异体大鼠体内不同部位的发育情况,为进一步组织工程化牙齿的构建探寻合适的体内生长环境。方法:将封闭群SD仔鼠第一磨牙牙胚分别植入SD成年大鼠肾被膜下、肠系膜内、腹膜外间隙、腹腔内和口腔黏膜下,3周取材,HE染色,观察移植牙胚的发育情况。结果:牙胚在肾被膜下和肠系膜内生长良好,釉质和牙髓牙本质复合体继续发育,牙本质小管结构清晰可见;腹膜外间隙和腹腔内牙胚均未进一步发育,且牙髓腔内和移植物周边淋巴细胞浸润明显;口腔黏膜下未回收到移植物。结论:封闭群SD大鼠肾被膜下和肠系膜内环境有利于同种异体牙胚的生长,可为组织工程化牙齿的体内构建提供新的发育环境。
