The weight of sick pi.g lossed 31.2%—41% compared with normal pig at same age, The sick pigs nose detormated and crooked to the left side. The pathological change was mainly in the Lower turbinate bone(54.5% ), The mojority turbinate bone of sick pig shrank to half ring or one ring(53.8%). The case of shrinking to hollow hole was rare. The result of serology diagnosis manifested that the positive reaction was in accordance with atear spot" symptoms. Therefore, "erooked nose" and atear spot" may make an offer clinical index of preliminary diagnosis infectious atrophic rhinitis.

1975年7月至9月底,笔者在宁夏调查了来自某地区三个县的大小猪382头,共检出大小病猪40头,平均发病率10.4%(最高达26.7%)。其中临床检出“歪鼻子”猪15头,占调查数3.92%,占病猪数37.5%。调查结果表明:该地区有猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎。本病主要危害幼猪,造成鼻部变形,生长受阻。病猪体重比同龄健康猪减轻31.2%~41%。病猪鼻部变形,歪向左侧多见;病变部位主要在下鼻甲骨(占54.5%);鼻甲骨萎缩半卷至一卷的为多数(占53.7%),萎缩成空洞的少见。血清学诊断表明,阳性反应与泪斑病状一致,因此,临床“泪斑”同“歪鼻子”一样可作为初步诊断本病的临床指标。

Varieties of research methods are employed to make a comprehensive investigation into the colour center of the neutron-irradiated yellow sapphire and its spectrum features. The results indicate that two kinds of important colour centers are present in the neutron-irradiated yellow sapphire: the unstable hollow-hole colour center (Mg2++O-), and the relatively stable complex colour center with hollow hole and impure cation (Fe2++O-/Fe3++e). Their presence is inalienably and internally associated with the trace impure ions contained in the colour centers. In this way, the colourless sapphire is coloured and, at the same time, produces its corresponding characteristic absorption spectrum, fluorescence-emission spectrum, and ESR spectrum. The research also indicates that the low temperature annealing treatment (150℃) can be employed to eliminate the unstable brown colour center, and further to extend the main wavelength and degree of saturation of the colour. Therefore, the required colour turns more brilliant.

采用各种研究手段,对中子辐照黄色蓝宝石的色心及谱学特征进行综合研究.结果表明,中子辐照黄色蓝宝石中存在两类重要的色心,一类属不稳定的空穴色心(Mg2++O-);另一类则为相对较稳定空穴心/杂质阳离子心的复合色心(Fe2++O-/Fe3++e).上述两类色心的产生,与其内所含的微量杂质离子之间有着不可分割的内在联系.正是由于它们的联合作用,才导致无色蓝宝石赋色,并产生与之相关的特征吸收谱、荧光发射谱及ESR谱.研究还表明,经低温退火处理(150℃),有助于消除不稳定棕褐色色心,进而提高颜色的主波长和饱和度,使颜色变得更加艳丽.
