During the period of 14-22 August 1981 , a persistent heavy rainfall event occurred over adjoining region of Shanxi, Gansu and Sichuan provinces which are located on the eastern side of the Tibetan Plateau. The vorticity diagnosis of the main heavy rainfall event showed that the shear-line vortex originated in lower level of the eastern side of the Tibetan Plateau . Following that event, not only vorticity centers superimposed and conpled at the upperand lower-level , but also an intensive process took place rapidly in the PBL. This process was accompanying by persistent development of the shear line vortex.A series of 48 hr and 72 hr mesoscale numerical simulations reveal that only the high resolution PBL parameterization with moist process can well simulate the rapidly intensive process in the PBL, vorticity evolution and vertical structure of the shear-line vortex . The bulk PBL parameterization can not simulate this rapidly intensive process of the shear-line vortex although its vorticity evolution and vertical structure can beroughly simulated . The simulative result of the bulk PBL parameterization with dry process indicates that this scheme is worse than the two schemes with moist processes as mentioned above , especially , the intension of simulated shear-line vortex was significantly weaken and the location deviated.The comparisons of the simulations , diagnoses and observations reveal that only by improving PBL parameterization and moist physical processes as careful as possible can we improve the simulations of the formation and development of this kind of mesoscale systems.

We believe that the stress field in the Capital Circle is dominated by the North China stress field, the most active faults mainly are Yanhecheng-Nankou fault, Babaoshan—Huangzhuang—Gaoliying fault, Nankao—Sunhe fault. The average velocity of the fault activity rises to 0.40mm/year after 1987, and the stress field is in the intensive process. The stress concentration section is in the North of Huangzhuang—Gaoliying fault and the North of Yanhecheng—Nankou fault. Langshan and Huailai-Zhuoxian fault actrvity is strong in recent years and the north of both faults are also strong stress regions. The tectonic movements and earthquakes are synchronous and now tectonic movement continue to be in a active state. The earthquake risk of above stress concentration sections should be paid attention to.

The optimum growth of MP30 and the best biooxidation of the concentrate occur at mixed nutrition and 45-48℃ , pH 1.7-2.2. Arsenopyrite is a main arsenic mineral and some of which is included by pyrite in the concentrate. Therefore the final removal of arsenic depends on the complete oxidation of pyrite. Direct cyanidation will be taken and roasting process will not be necessary after removal of arsenic. There is a linear relationship between the amount of gold extraction and the extent of gold-bearing sulfides( pyrite and arsenopyrite) oxidation. In an intensive process, the gold-bearing sulfides can be oxidized completely by MP30 and thus the occuluded gold is exposed to cyanidation. 90% - 98% gold extraction has been obtained by subsequent cyanidation. This process appears feasible for gold recovery from the refractory gold concentrate.

用中度嗜热菌MP30菌株氧化预处理含砷难浸金精矿回收金。该菌株在45~48℃,pH1.7~2.2和混合营养条件下,在金精矿上获得最佳生长和氧化效果。毒砂是金精矿中主要含砷矿物,砷的最终脱除取决于包裹毒砂的黄铁矿完全氧化。砷脱除后可直接氰化提金,不必再行火法冶炼。金的提取量与载金矿物(主要是黄铁矿和毒砂)氧化程度相关。强化氧化条件下,MP30能使载金硫化物矿物完全氧化分解,使金充分暴露,继而氰化提金,其提取率可达90%~98%。用这一工艺从含砷难浸金精矿中回收金是可行的。
