The antioxidant synergist SBDT can be produced through the facile reaction of ESBO( epoxidized soybean oil ) with dodecanethiol SBDTwas found to be less volatile and more resistant to oil extraction The efficiency of the synergist used in conjunction with antioxidants such as 4010 and D in NR has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and air-oven aging measurements The results obtained indicate that the synergist SBDT can enhance the activity of amine antioxidants

The design and implement on one kind of the aged test instrument being available in SMPDP is to alter the original...

The aged test plays a crucial role in researching and manufacturing the plasma display with sha dow mask (SMPDP).The aged test for SMPDP in the past is only a pure lighting screen experiment. However, the aged test instrument based on the feature of SMPDP should do both the aged test and the performance measurement in order to make the operations in aging, measuring and protecting automatically. The design and implement on one kind of the aged test instrument being available in SMPDP is to alter the original normal aging process into the aging measurement process. This means that there is not only a demand in changing the stimulation way, but also a requirement for the effective measuring method, which is to realize the quality of manufacturing screen on the whole. The aging and measuring results demonstrate that the application of the aged test instrument can improve the consistency and equality of lighting.Moreover,it can link up the technology of manufacturing screen,the aged test of lighting screen and the process of measuring screen effectively.Its operation makes the finished products increased and the damaged products decreased during aged test.

老练测试在研制荫罩型等离子体显示屏(SM PDP)过程中起着非常关键的作用。以往等离子体显示屏的老练只是一种单纯的点屏实验过程,而基于SM PDP的特点所研制的老练测试仪则兼顾了老练与测试功能,使老练和测试完全自动化。一种适用于SM PDP的老练测试仪的设计与实现,是将原有的基本老练过程改进为老练测试过程;这不仅要求改变驱动的激励方式,而且需求一种有效的测试方法,从而达到较全面地了解制屏质量的目的。实验及测试表明,使用这种老练测试仪不但能改善SM PDP的发光一致性和均匀性,而且能有效地衔接制屏工艺、点屏老练以及测试过程,从而提高了制屏成品率并降低了老练过程中的屏损坏率。
