In the present paper, the tractor drawing an unbalanced trailer or vehicle is simplified into a spring-mass-damping system of multi-degree of freedom. The power spectrum density and mean square value of acceleration at every output position including the driver's seat are computed by means of solving the frequency response function, so as to show the changes of vibration magnitude through parameter-transformation. In the present paper, the tractor drawing an unbalanced trailer or vehicle is simplified into a spring-mass-damping system of multi-degree of freedom. The power spectrum density and mean square value of acceleration at every output position including the driver's seat are computed by means of solving the frequency response function, so as to show the changes of vibration magnitude through parameter-transformation. In addition to the auto-spectrum density of every input point and cross-spectrum density between the front and rear wheels, the cross-spectrum density between the right and left wheels are also considered in calculation based on the relevent road-spect rumdata. In the study of comfortability of the seat, some rules for the seat vibration magnitude which changes with parameter-transformation have been obtained. These may be used in the future designing as reference. The calculated result are approximately equal as compared with the experimental values.The experiments were carried out on the auto testing runway at Hot-Humidity Experimental Station of Hainan.

本工作是把牵引单轴拖车的拖拉机或汽车简化为多自由度的弹簧-质量-阻尼的振动系统,通过求解频率响应函数计算包括座椅在内的各输出点的功率谱密度和加速度均方值,从而通过参数改变予示振动量的变化。在计算中除考虑了多点输入的自谱及前后轮之间的互谱外,还根据有关路面资料考虑了左右轮之间的互谱。结合乘坐舒适性研究,绘出了座椅振动量随各参数变化的一些规律,可为今后设计工作参考。计算值经与实际测量值验证基本相符。

Experiments were taken to determine the optimal parameters of trucktype EQ-140 suitable for use in that region. First laboratary test at an elevation of1500m. was conducted to determine the engine compression ratio and the valve timing. Using petrol of Octane №66 (motor), raising the compression ratio from 6. 5 : 1to 7. 2 : 1 was found to be good. Increasing the camshaft angle from 104°15' to106°45' was found to raise both power and torque. The single barrel carburetor waschanged to double barrel differential action one. The total effect of these above changes is that the engine horsepower is increased by 17. 9%, torque by 12. 1%, andfuel consumption is reduced by 16. 8% on the altitude mentioned above.Road test was conducted at an altitude of 1900m with different engine and axleratio service tests were also conducted Data recorded included amount of fuel used,temperature of engine coolant, lubricant, gear box and rear axle lubricant temperatures, etc. to confirm these improvements. Raising the rear axle gear ratio from 6. 33to 6. 83 was found to be good allround, but further tests and observations are required to confirm improvements in fuel consumption during actual usage.

本文介绍云南公路的海拔高度等情况,和提高东风EQ-140型货车性能的途径。首先在海拔高度1500米进行发动机台架试验以确定较好的压缩比、凸轮轴夹角、与化油器型式,最后确定当使用66汽油时,压缩比为7.2,凸轮轴夹角为106°45′,和H201型双腔差动式化油器为较好。按上述参数改进的发动机与原型发动机进行了装车整车性能与使用试验。并有后桥减速比原车的6.33和增加到6.83两种速比,试验时测出时间、距离、油耗量以及发动机冷却液,机油,变速器和后桥润滑剂的温度等,证明上述改进有较好的效果。用较大的减速比也有利,但尚需进行更长期的使用观察对比。
