ostitutes of soft-agents of amino-modified silicone exported from RHONE-POULENC were separated and analyzed by CC、IR and TLC. In according to the result of the analysis, we choose a sort of surfactants, which were produced in our country and prepare emulsions of amino-modified silicone. Through the emulsified and appreciated we find that the emulsion and soft nearly has the same effect as exported BC-610 soft-agents surfactant.

以八甲基环四硅氧烷 (D4 )、N - β -氨乙基 -γ -氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷 (DL - 6 0 2 )及六甲基二硅氧烷 (MM )为原料 ,在KOH催化下 ,通过缩合反应 ,合成了氨烃基改性硅油 ,确立了最佳反应工艺条件 :m (D4 )∶m (DL - 6 0 2 )∶m (MM ) =2 0∶1∶0 2 ;m (DL - 6 0 2 ) :m (H2 O) =5∶1;反应温度为 135~ 140℃ ,催化剂用量为 0 0 0 6 % ,反应时间 4h。选择AEO - 3、TX - 4、TX - 10为乳化剂 ,以乙二醇单丁醚为增溶剂 ,确立了乳化剂的最佳配方为 :AEO - 3 10 % ,TX - 42 5 % ,TX - 10 6 0 % ,单丁醚5 % ,得到透明、稳定的微乳液。
