Properties of Al electrolytic capacitors with low impedance at high frequency are analyzed and the related technology is discussed. A electrolyte with wide range of temperature,high conductivity and high reliability,especially for power switch, and model CD286 Al electrolytic capacitor which has passed the 2000hours duration test at +105℃ are successfully developed.
As the optic electric diode has constant current source characteristic with a high inner impedance, in order to obtain a larger signal amplitude, the high impedance current source should be converted to the low impedance voltage source and then connected to the load through an optic electric converter.
It uses discharging of the LPI electrode ahead of time,changes the lightning track,so the lightning will take place between two electrodes,the lightning protection equipment will effuse the lightning current via down-lead(low impedance soft-copper stripline) to ground network.
