目的探索借助功能性记录(functionally-generated pathway,FGP)技术进行口腔固定修复体计算机辅助设计(Computer aided Design,CAD)生理性建的方法。方法以左下第一磨牙全冠修复为例,使用逆向工程软件以标准牙数据库中同名牙面为模板构建全冠面,在使用牙尖交错位(intercuspal position,ICP)记录建立ICP位稳定的静态咬合接触的基础上,参考FGP记录编辑面,解除动态咬合运动中的干扰,进行修复体面的生理性构建。结果CAD构建后的面,形态美观,牙齿尖窝沟嵴形态清晰,ICP咬合稳定,功能性运动无干扰点。结论FGP与ICP记录相结合用于牙体缺损及无咬合丧失的小范围牙列缺损的CAD建方法可行。
