本文探讨铵盐法制造黑索今新工艺中铵白盐快速硝化为黑索今的新方法——以空气为载体,在管道内进行喷射硝化。 从分析铵白盐的硝化反应特征入手,通过对铵白盐的管道硝化试验,初步摸索了有关使用空气做载体的作用,以及气体的喷射压力、反应物在管道中的逗留时间、硝化温度、硝化系数、管道中管长与管径的比例关系等诸因素对管道硝化的影响规律。从而认为,只是由于采用了压缩空气做载体,才使得铵白盐能在管道中进行顺利地硝化。目前认为,这一尝试能为固-液相类型的硝化反应在管道反应器中实施,指出了一个新的思路。从实验结果来看,这种管道硝化,设备简单、操作方便而安全,尤其是它具有较高的效率。 本文还介绍了铵白盐管道喷射硝化的动力学实验结果及管道硝化器的图解设计计算。

The heat transfer study with two mechanisms—classical and having solid-liquid phase change—for the first wall and blanket of the fusionfission hybrid reactor with different wall load is represented.The results indicate that the classical heat transfer mechanism is suitable for the medium wall load and the potential heat of the low-melting-point alloy is useful for high wall load.

The 17α-hydroxy progesterone-21-acetate was synthesized by the solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis method.The results show that the polyethylene glycol-400 possesses considerable catalytic effect in the reaction of the steroidal iodide with potassium acetate. The yield of 94% of 17α-hydroxy progesterone-21-acetate can be achieved.The effects of solvents and iodide ion on this reaction are also investigated.
