Two new azoxybisbenzocrown ethers were synthesized. Preparative method of azo-xybisbenzo-15-crown-5 has been improved with the yield up to 65.3%. It was obser-ved that the degree of dissociation of electron-transfer agent plays an important rolein product yield. The results were interpreted in terms of solvent polarity.Photo-andthermo-isomerization of azoxybisbenzocrown ethers have been studied preliminarily.

The oxidative coupling of methane was studied over the Li-Ni-Y-O mixed oxide cata-lysts. The effects of the catalyst composition and preparation method and the reaction con-ditions on the activity of LiNi_(0.7)Y_(0.3)O_2 and the reaction products were examined. The C_2yield up to 22% at methane conversion of 40% was obtained. The XRD analysis indicatedthat the catalyst was composed of LiNiO_2 and LiYO_2, showing a synergetic effect on tehreaction.

The selective deoxygenation of four bile acids(1a,2a,3a and 4a)with K/18-crown-6/t- BuNH_2 is frist reported. The product distribution of the reduction of different diestersfrom bile acids under varied conditions has been investigted.(1) Reduction occurred smoothly withthe bile acids bearing OH groups, however, the salt formation with t-BuNH_2 hindered the reduction,so the bile acids bearing COOH groups must be transformed into their esters before the reaction.(2)Higher yields were obtained from the selective...

Thereduction in the last step was rapid at room temperature with few by products. This study has offeredeasy and practicable reduction technique with overall yields up to 70%~75%.

用K/18-冠-6/t-BuNH_2体系,对猪去氧胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸、脱氧胆酸和猪胆酸4种胆汁酸进行了自由基选择脱氧的研究,对双酯在不同条件下还原产物的分布进行了讨论,实验表明,胆汁酸中的羟基和羧基对还原反应无明显影响;但铵基与t-BuNH_2成盐,因而将其转换成酯后反应为佳;用双酯选择水解物还原较用双酯直接还原的产率高。胆汁酸经甲酯、双酰化或选择双酰化、选择水解和还原4步反应进行选择脱氧;前3步反应产率高,不经纯化即可进行第4步反应;还原在室温下进行,反应快,副产物少,总收率高达70%~75%。
