Based on experiments, this paper studied the heat transfer characteristics of the carbon-steel/naphthaline heat pipe. In the evaporator section, the boiling heat transfer process inside can be divided into three parts, boiling region mainly based on the free convection, nucleate boiling region and heat transfer crisis region. The thermal resistance of the evaporator heat transfer varies with the change of the redial heat flux. The paper expressed the regularity of the resistance change of the naphthaline heat pipe with the change of outside conditions. By means of fluid mechanics and the theorem of boundary layer, this paper analysed the flow characteristics of the condensation falling liquid of the graviation heat pipes, and discussed the thickness of forming film and distribution of the velocity in the film.

本文在实验的基础上,对碳钢-萘热管的传热性能等进行了研究.在加热段内,管内的沸腾传热过程随热负荷的变化大致可分为三个区域,即以自然对流为主的沸腾区、核化沸腾区和传热恶化区,加热段的沸腾传热热阻随其径向热流密度的变化而改变.文章叙述了,在外界工况改变的情况下,萘热管内传热热阻的变化规律.本文用流体力学和边界层理论对重力式热管冷凝回流液的流动特性进行了分析,对液膜成膜厚度和膜内速度分布进行了论述,认为,在液膜较薄的区域,液膜流动特性较差,最容易造成液膜破断,发生局部传热恶化.在分析讨论中,就萘热管的某些传热特性和水热管进行了对比.

The experimental parameters are:Pressure P=4 ̄14MPa, mass velocity G ̄ 400 ̄ 1000kg/ (m2.s), Inlet quality xi=- 0.328 ̄3280. 98 and heat flux q=0 ̄350kW/m2. The dimension of the tube 32×3mm,and the inclinedangle of the tube α=10°. Under these conditions, the influence of pressure, mass velocity, inletquality and heat flux on the wall temperature of the tube was investigated....

本文对卧式V型管高压汽水两相流的传热特性进行了试验研究.试验参数为:压力P=4~14MPa,质量流速G=400~1000kg/(m2·s),进口干度xi=-0.328~0.98,热负荷q=0~350kW/m2,管径为32×3mm,直管段倾角α=10°.在上述参数范围内研究了压力、质量流速、进口干度和热负荷对管壁温度特性的影响.根据试验得到了计算临界热负荷的关系式.该式可用来预测卧式V型管弯头上、下游部分的传热恶化条件.为沸腾燃烧锅炉中卧式V型埋管、锅炉炉膛出口凝渣管等的设计与运行提供了可靠依据.

以上海石洞口第二发电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉螺旋管因水冷壁为对象,针对其布置特点和实际工况,在高压水回路试验台上进行了试验研究,测得了质量流速、热负荷、压力对临界干度影响的变化规律,总结了倾斜管顶点、测点、底点临界干度的预报公式。同时,对干涸后的传热作了细致的试验研究,充分考虑了传热恶化后的热力不平衡,分别给出了顶点、测点、底点干涸后的传热计算公式。
