Ultrastructural studies on virus infected cells in Gaeumanomyces gra- minis collected on wheat plant from Yantai, Shandong Province, were carried out. Under electron microscope, spherical virus particles appeared in hyphal cells after 20 days in- cubation at 20℃. These particles were approximately 23-30 nm in diameter. They were scattered as individuals, unorganized loose aggregated or closely aggregated in cy- toplasm. In some cases, they were aggregated to form linear aggregates and associated with membraneous structures or 7-8 particles arranged around a hollow center and for- med circular structures. These virus particles were localized in the cytoplasm near the plasmalemma and could not be found in nuclei, lipid bodies or vacuoles. Large quan- tities of virus were observed in aged cells. Besides, ultrasections showed that the cells wall of Gaeumannomyces graminis had three layers: the outer electron dense layer, an inner electron transparent layer and a thin middle layer more opaqus than the other two. The thickness of the outer wall layer is 120-130 nm. At the early stage in the development of septa in a hypha, membrane bound Woronin bodies could be seen close to the septa, and septal pores might be plugged by electron dense material deposited along the tapered septa.

Both thin wall and thick wall of narrow hyphae could be produced in one parent cell.The wall of parent cells will break down to form a hollow center in mature rhizomorph,which was called medulla.Both of narrow hyphae distributed in it.The structure of mature rhi- zomorph and the branching process of rhizomorph were observed.New brbnches were derived from the cortical cells of parent rhizomorph.The cortical cells divided in cross direction to form the primordia of branch first,and then they protruded though the epiderm of parent rhi- zomorph to form a new apex of young rhizomorph.The infection ways of A.mellea in diffe- rent hosts were also discussed in this paper.

On the principles of metal cutting, this paper analyses the tangential and radial cutting forces developed during cutting by a hollow center tap, furthermore,studies the influence of the cutting forces on the stiffness and strength of tap pawls and whereby on the tooth accuracy of the thread produced.Based on the analysis a mathematical model for the optimum design of the hollow center tap has been developed,and a calculation example has been performed.Using the new approach presented in this paper some parameters which are difficult to determine can be easily obtained.

分析了内容屑丝锥切削时所产生的切向力和径向力,进而研究了切削力对丝锥切削爪的刚度和强度的影响以及由此对丝锥切齿精度的影响。在此基础上建立了内容屑丝锥优化设计的数学模型并进行了实例计算。利用本文给出的数学模型可以方便地算出在设计内容屑丝锥中难以确定的一些参数。
