The data about their inclusion thermometry and barometry indicate that the temperature and pressure during the formation of rocks and ore is 194—530℃ and 200—1900 bar,respectively.As it is proved that the petrogenesis and ore genesis were proceeded in the large interval of temperature and pressure,thus resulted in multistage nature of the metallogenesis corresponding to the incessant change of temperature and pressure.That the large amount of ferruginous crystal grains exist in melt inclusions and the appearance of CO_2,Cl~-and salt daughter minerals in fluid inclusions reveals that the iron in Abagong deposit stems directly from the ore magma,and majority of iron material in Mengku and the surrounding ore deposits and occurrences stems mainly from the ore-bearing hydrophreatic fractioaated from the volcanic magma.

    The overcooling austenite CCT curves were investigated by using THERMECMASTOR-Z simulation machine, the test samples refining from 50 kg vacuum induction furnace and two-stage controlled rolling in laboratorial condition. Test results show that addition cerium (Ce) in low sulfur Nb-Ti-bearing steel affects as follows: Ce can increase the transformation point t_(Ar_3) and t_(Ar_1), enlarge the intervals of temperature (t_(Ar_1)-t_(Ar_3)). Ce can make the CCT curves to move upper and right, reduce the hardenability....

    In view of the practical test demand for some burned battle aircraft,simulated experiments aiming at two materials —LY12CZ and LC4CS are carried out.The relationship of mechanical performance and electric conductivity at different temperatures are studied.The experiment indicates that after aluminum alloy is heated,sudden changes of strength and electric conductivity will occur as temperature is changed,and moreover,the change interval of temperature is close and the change of electric conductivity occurs...

    In view of the practical test demand for some burned battle aircraft,simulated experiments aiming at two materials —LY12CZ and LC4CS are carried out.The relationship of mechanical performance and electric conductivity at different temperatures are studied.The experiment indicates that after aluminum alloy is heated,sudden changes of strength and electric conductivity will occur as temperature is changed,and moreover,the change interval of temperature is close and the change of electric conductivity occurs somewhat in advance,the electric conductivity tends to be safer than the current hardness testing method. The application result shows that the burned range and degree of the aircraft can be defined accurately with the electric conductivity,and this can provide a dependable theoretic basis for repairing the burned aircraft.The test method of electric conductivity enjoys a lot of advantages,for instance, without destructing components,with lower cost and higher efficiency,this method offers a broad prospect in applying,in testing burned components in aircraft service factories.

    基于某烧伤战机的实际检测需要,选用LC4CS及LY12CZ铝合金为试验材料进行烧伤模拟试验,对材料在不同温度下的力学性能与电导率的关系进行了分析。试验结果表明,热处理强化后的铝合金受热损伤之后,强度和电导率随温度不同都有突变现象,二者温度变化区间接近,且电导率的变化稍微超前,因此,用电导率检测法来界定烧伤范围和烧伤程度比硬度检测法更安全。应用结果表明,涡流电导率法可以准确、快速确定飞机结构热损伤的范围和程度,能够为烧伤战机的抢修提供可靠的理论依据,对构件不会造成任何破坏,成本低、效率高,这对于飞机修理厂修理热损伤构件有着广泛的应用前景。
