     Based on Hamilton canonical equation for the double shell model of turbogenerator stator system, and with actual rotor winding location considered, the vibration of a 200MW turbogenerator stator system at various output power was analyzed by employing the semi analytical solution, when lagging power factor cosφ equals 0.85. The vibration pattern presented in this paper can be used to diagnose whether or not the generator operates normally.

    In this paper, the boundary-value problem of rotor negative-sequence eddy current field and its numerical solution by the finite element method(FEM) are discussed. On application of FEM to the above stated boundary-value problem, a method for formulating the discrete equation and some related formulas are given in detail. The convergence of this method is proved, and a block diagram for programming is given. As an example, the distributions and losses of negative-sequence eddy current in rotor are calculated by FEM for SQF-75-275 MW turbogenerator. As the calculating results are compared with those of practical tests, thier close agreement is satisfactory. The effect of different wedge materials and mesh sizes on results of calculation is also discussed.

    This paper describes a transfer matrix method for calculating damped critical speeds and the threshold speed of instability of general flexible rotor in fluid-film journal bearings. This method employs the block matrices for one-shot transfer along the rotor, then, the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial can be obtained directly,finally,all complex eigenvalues are found in proper order. To illustrate the application of this method, calculations performedon a model rotor and an actual turbine rotor of 200MW turbogenerator and their calculation results are given in this paper.

    本文提出了转子——支承系统阻尼固有频率的一种计算方法,即采用Riccati分块矩阵递推,直接得到系统的特征多项式L(S)=0,然后用Bairstow-Newton法迭代解出全部特征根。和传统的传递矩阵法比,该法计算速度快,占用内存少,避免了数值不稳定和丢根,且可依次求得系统的全部解。文中对一模型转子和国产20万千瓦汽轮机转子系统做了计算,计算结果与实测值较好地接近。这个方法将有助于诸如汽轮发电机组这样的高速大型旋转机械的合理设计和可靠运行。

This mathematical model more easily gives consideration to the calculation for both different direct cooling and indirect cooling rotors, and the calculation for both normal and abnormal ventiduct system conditions.     本文叙述用热路网络法计算汽轮发电机氢气直接冷却转子的三维稳定温度场。这个数字模型比较容易兼顾不同的直接冷却和间接冷却的两种转子的计算,比较容易兼顾风道系统正常和不正常两种情况的计算。三种100和200MW汽轮发电机转子,在额定工况下的计算值与实测值很接近,一般差值在10%以内。
