     The preparing process of Ce-Zr-O ultrafine powder was optimized after considering the experimental conditions which influence product properties under the room temperature by means of coprecipitation. The powders were characterized with laser particle sizer,XRD,TG,specific surface area analyzer. At the same time,the polishing properties of Ce-Zr-O powder synthesized through the optimum process were tested.
     采用共沉淀法在室温下通过对各种影响产物性能的实验条件考察后优化了Ce-Zr-O超细粉末的制备工艺,利用激光粒度仪、XRD、TG、比表面积测定仪分别对样品的粒度、物相、热稳定性及比表面积进行了表征,并对优化工艺合成的超细Ce-Zr-O粉末的抛光性能进行了测试。

In this paper,ultra-fine Ce-Zr-O powders were prepared by the means of coprecipitation under the room temperature.The powders were analyzed with Laser particle sizer,XRD,TG,specific measuring and testing instruments.The factors influencing product particle size:such as the composition of mixed liquid,the ways of feeding material,the type of additives,the calcining temperature etc.were studied.The results show that uniform particle size and super suspending ultrafine Ce-Zr-O powders were obtained by the following process:First zirconium nitrate and cerium nitrate were fed into ammonia water to get precipitate under the room temperature;then drying and calcining the precipitate to get product.

采用共沉淀法在室温下制备超细Ce -Zr-O粉末。通过激光粒度仪 (LS - 6 0 1)、XRD、TG、比表面积测定仪等对合成粉末进行了分析 ,并考察了料液组成、加料方式、添加剂种类、煅烧温度等合成条件对合成产物粒度的影响。结果表明 :采用硝酸铈锆料液为原料、用氨水作沉淀剂、以反加料方式在室温下沉淀 ,所得沉淀经干燥和煅烧可以得到粒度均匀、悬浮性好的超细Ce -Zr-O粉末。

在强碱作用下制得了铈锆超细氧化物,借助于X射线衍射、热重、激光粒度仪、比表面仪对该粉末的性能进行了研究。研究表明:随着锆含量的增加,Zr-Ce-O氧化物颗粒有增大的趋势;无水乙醇是一种较好的洗涤剂;作为反应原料,硝酸盐较氯化盐好;在强碱下,干磨比湿磨好。
