Through a lot of tests, the accuracy of this method is about 100%. Otherwise, this method have some advantages. For example, the formula is not sensitive to the meteoric condition due to using the average value.

Two peaks (peak Ⅰ and peak Ⅱ) appeared on the TPD profile of HZSM-5 after NH3 adsorption, and the TMs corresponding to peak Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 296 and 500℃ respectively. The amount of NH3 adsorption increased with the increasing of degree of exchange, the peak Ⅱ began to arise at 40-50% degree of exchange.There were also two peaks of CO2 desorption on TPD profile of HZSM-5, i. e. L-peak and H-peak, their TM were 126-156 and 380-460℃ respectively. As the degree of exchange increased, the H-peak decreased, while the L-peak reached its maximum at about 20% degree of exchange.The activity for ethanol dehydration and the selectivity for ethylene formation of HZSM-5 came to a climax, when the degree of exchange was 40 - 50%. Dehydration took place mainly on the acidic sites corresponding to peak Ⅰ. The selectivity for ether formation was the highest at about 20% degree of exchange. So that the acidic sites for ether formation were weaker than that for ethylene formation. Though the dehydration occurred mainly on the acidic sites, but the basic sites to some extent also effected the dehydration of ethanol.

This papear presents the results of the quantitative analysis of ion induced Auger electron speetra for light metal. The electron emissions of the different Auger peaks ia the spectra were diseussed. The positive peak height in ion indused Auger electron spectra was used for quantitative analysis instead of the peak-peak height in AES. The method simplifies the calculation.

本文对轻金属的离子感生俄歇定量分析进行了探讨,分析了谱中不同俄歇峰的电子来源,提出了以取正峰高的方法代替AES定量分析中的峰-峰高的取值法,简化了计算。
