Up to now, in the dynamic analysis of fluid power systems the transfer function analysis from the classical control theory was often used. This method has its limitation. On the basis of referring literatures of China and abroad, in this paper the state space analysis from the modern control theory is applied for dynamic analysis of the fluid power systems of machine tools, and bond graphs are used to efficiently build the state equations of researched systems. This method may be used for nonlinear systems with multiple input and multiple output variables, and the initial values of variables may not be zero. The dynamic characteristics of several interested output variables may be obtained by use of the computer. So this method is partic ularly suitable for more complex fluid power systems. In this paper a typical system is ana- lysed in theory and is compared with the experimental result. This investiga- tion indicates that this approach is feasible for the dynamic analysis of fluid power systems.

For the analysis and design of hydraulic systems, especially, for their digital simulation, performance prediction and optimization, the state-space representation of systems needs to be established. This paper introduces a new method for modelling hydraulic systems. This is a general method of establishing the state-space representation of hydraulic systems by the Large Scale Systems theory. This method has special advantages over transfer function analysis and Bond Graph analysis. The larger and more complex the systems are, the more explicit its advantages become. The contents are divided into four sections—the decomposition of systems, the topology analysis of systems, the state-space representation of subsystems and the state-space representation of systems.

液压系统的分析和设计,特别是数字仿真、性能预测和优化,需要建立系统的状态空间表示。本文提供一种新的液压系统模型建立法——系统分析法。它是运用大系统理论建立液压系统状态空间表示的一般方法。系统分析法较之传递函数法和“Bond Graph”法(键合图法)具有特殊的优点,液压系统愈是大型复杂,方法的优点表现得愈为显著。文章分“系统分级”、“系统拓扑分析”、“子系统的状态空间表示”和“系统的状态空间表示”四节,探讨了系统分析法的实施细则,并以常见的采用调速阀的节流调速系统为例说明了方法的具体运用。

Bond graph is a new and powerful tool of system simulation.It has provided a simple and convenient method for establishing a mathematic model of a dynamic system. A digital imitation is made by using a computer program and sending directly the bond graph model into computer without establishing a mathematic model by manual in advance.

键图是一种新的强有力的系统模拟工具。它为建立动力学系统的数学模型提供了方便而简明的方法。利用某种计算机程序,可直接把键图模型送入计算机进行数字仿真,无需事先由人工建立数学模型。
