In this paper,effects of various heat treating processes,including conventi-onal quenching,quenching from high austenitizing temperatures,repeated quenching,austempering etc.,on strength and fracture properties of sheet steel 37SiMnCrNiMoVwere studied.Experimental results show that high temperature quenching impro-ves the fracture toughness of the steel,but leads to the reduction of impacttoughness.The repeated quenching can offer an optimum combination of strength,fracture toughness and impact properties and therefore,seems to be the best methodfor developing the property potential of the material.

本文研究了热处理规范对Cr12MoV 钢组织和机械性能影响,分析了由该钢制作的冷镦凹模的失效形式。认为,由于小能量多次冲击和断裂韧性试验比较接近于这类模具工作时的实际受力状态,用之作为模具寿命的判据较为合理,并据此择优选出能使横具的强度和韧性得到最佳配合的热处理工艺,即1030~1050℃加热淬火,400℃回火,使模具使用寿命比原工艺提高两倍以上,打破了Cr12MoV 钢必须在低淬低回或高淬高回状态下使用的传统观念。
