This article presents in details the data got from the tests with the 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo austenite steel and gives the result analyses, including the examination of the influences of the parameters on the penetrant layers by means of various experimental means, the optimal process parameters found experimentally and, subse quently, the steady technological processes estabilished.

本文以由于轰击溅射去钝、Fe原子“氮载体”传输理论及吸附、扩散和电磁场等理论为基础,研究了强化高合金奥氏体钢表面加辅助阴极套(简称加套)的低温离子氮碳共渗新工艺.文中详细介绍了以4Cr 14Ni 14W 2Mo奥氏体钢为特例的试验数据和结果分析,其中包括利用各种新的实验手段考查参数对渗层的影响,经各种试验对比后找到的最佳工艺参数,并据以建立稳定的生产工艺规程.经本工艺成批处理后的4Cr 14Ni 14W 2Mo奥氏体钢制16240Z型柴油机气阀阀杆,通过2000小时的恶劣条件下的台架试验和三年多(走行55万公里)的实机运转考验,其磨损情况和使用寿命均比国内外同类产品为优.各种数据表明.经本工艺处理的工件的渗层质量优良,强化效果突出.本工艺比现行其它各种渗氮优越之处有:(1)于磨擦耐磨强度为气体氮化的10倍,为离子氯化的2倍,疲劳强度比气体氯化约高3kg/mm~2,比离子氮化循环次数高出一个数量级.(2)工艺稳定,生产效率高.保温只需2~4小时,较气体氮化提高8~10倍,较固体氯化提高7~8倍,较离子氮化提高1~5倍.(3)节能省料又节约时间,经济效果显著.(4)不会造成污染,操作卫生简便.

本文简述了硅铬合金摇包脱碳的基本原理。应用正交设计试验确定了硅铬合金摇包脱碳的最佳工艺参数:脱碳剂微碳铬铁渣粉和萤石用量分别为合金量的5.3%和0.83%,摇包转速45—47转/分,摇动时间13分钟,摇后镇静时间5分钟,开浇温度1230—1320℃。按此最佳工艺条件进行生产,硅铬合金含碳量可以达到0.0326%,脱碳率达92%以上。
